By accessing or utilizing the KoropeLagos portal as a Driver, Owner, or Union Official, you consent to these Terms of Service. The portal operates as an official operational gateway overseen by the transport authorities of Lagos State.
1. User Obligations & Accuracy
All agents and users are required to supply authentic, verifiable information. Falsifying identities, vehicle registrations, or union authorizations constitutes a criminal offense under state property and impersonation laws.
2. Union Guidelines & Park Ethics
By registering, operators agree to adhere to the directives dispensed down through the platform by their designated NURTW unit chairmen. Usage of the platform conveys agreement to act within the bounds of standard regulatory park practices.
3. Platform Integrity
Attempting to bypass security protocols, distribute unauthorized digital identities, or execute automated bots within the registration frameworks is securely prohibited and actively monitored.
4. Service Modifications
KoropeLagos retains the operational mandate to upgrade, restrict access to, or evolve portal tools in tandem with changing road policies and safety mandates dictated by LASTMA and the Ministry of Transportation without prior individual notice.
Termination of Access
In severe instances of gross misconduct, physical safety violations at registered parks, or regulatory breaches, union officials or state administrators reserve the right to revoke, suspend, or terminate an operator's verified digital profile.
